This large shape 60 Poole Studio vase dates from 1964-6 and stands just under 8in high.

The studio stamp has obscured by the dark glazing on the foot of the vase but it is still possible to see the impressed "60" mark (although it's not possible to capture this in a photo).

The vase is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind but because of the dark glazes used on it, it is very difficult to properly photograph. It has a olive base glaze over which over glazes have been applied which have mixed with it and run down the vase to give something of an iridescent effect.
 
The first 3 photos show the vase in normal inside lighting while I've used a flash in the last 3 photos to show the glazes that have been applied.
 
The vase would display well in a sunny position to really highlight the colours.
