This is an extremely rare shape 696 Poole Freeform vase in an unrecorded pattern.
When developing the Freeform range, they trialed a range of patterns, some of which never made it into production. These one-off pieces are extremely rare and a something of a holy grail for Freeform collectors.
This one is a really nice pattern painted in blue, brown and white on a seagull grey glaze. I'm not sure of the paintress mark on the base (the "C) but it is thought that the "30m" refers to the time taken to decorate the vase, which was important for costing production.
The vase is 7.5 inches high and is in excellent condition with no damage or imperfections whatsoever.
