This is a medium sized (7.5in tall) Keith Murray Football Vase (shape 3765).
 
What makes it extremely rare is that this one in glazed in April Green (which is a lime green colour) rather than the normal Matt Green. In collecting Keith Murray for 25 years this is one of only 5-6 that I've ever come across. It's so rare that reference books don't list April Green as a glaze Wedgwood used on Keith Murray vases.
 
I've added a photo of the vase in front of a shoulder vase in the normal Matt Green so you can see the difference. 
 
The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. There is one minute glaze-skip on the footrim which is in the third photo but it's so small that you will struggle to see it)
